
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with good print production skills to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships with our existing client, while managing briefs from start to finish. You’ll need to have strong multi-tasking skills to support the Account Director in delivering projects and reporting information.
We’re looking for a pro-active individual, with a good eye for detail and who can take part in client meetings, while looking for opportunities to upsell. If this sounds like you, then please get in touch!
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination – Oversee multiple project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. This could involve coordinating teams, tracking milestones, and addressing any issues that arise along the way.
- Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance.
- Print Knowledge: Have a board knowledge of print production – litho, screen, digital.
- Fast paced: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Problem Solving: Able to identify challenges, find solutions and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to Detail & Big Picture Thinking: Balancing the small, nitty-gritty tasks (such as data entry, monitoring performance, and administrative duties) with the strategic thinking required to manage the overall health of the account is key. You’d need to keep an eye on both the details and the long-term objectives.
- Can do attitude: a willingness to “get stuck in” and help colleagues in busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience – 3+ years in account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills – Proficiency in excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and experience using CRM/project management tools.
- Industry Knowledge – A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task across multiple client projects
