We’re looking for an individual who is proactive, self-motivated and able to work across multiple projects with varying deadlines. You’ll play a key role in support the teams across various duties, providing day-to-day admin and system support, ensuring the smooth running of campaigns.
Key/Skills Responsibilities:
Managing matrixed jobs through the system to delivery
Raising PO's
Confirming sell prices to clients
Completing warehouse briefs
Ensuring systems are kept up to date with job dates
Liaising with clients on any changes
Stock Management
Administrative assistance for account managers
Organisational skills: Have strong organisation skills, managing your time and deadlines effectively.
Fast paced: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Problem Solving: Able to identify challenges, find solutions and remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail: have excellent admin management and attention to detail.
Can do attitude: a willingness to “get stuck in” and help colleagues in busy periods.
What we’re looking for:
Technical Skills – Proficiency in excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and
experience using CRM/project management tools.
